In gravity flow racking, products are loaded onto one end of inclined roller tracks or conveyor lanes, and they automatically flow down to the other end through the force of gravity.

Features:

1. Suitable for goods stored in large quantities and shipped in a short time.

2. Suitable for Class B products in the ABC classification.

3. Suitable for first in first out.

4. Use dense flow channels to store stacked materials, and the space utilization rate can reach 85%.

5. Use a general forklift for access.

6. Height is limited, generally below 6 meters.

7. Each runner generally only stores one kind of product.

Application areas：

Since gravity racks can achieve first-in, first-out order for goods, they are mainly used in situations that require high time differences for goods (such as ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials for production lines).
