The fluent bars of the Flow-through Racking are directly connected to the front and rear cross beams and the middle support beam.The cross beams are directly hung on the pillars.The installation inclination of the fluent bars depends on the size and weight of the container and the depth of the Flow-through Racking,usually 5%to 9%..The load-bearing capacity of the runner roller is 6kg/piece.When the goods are heavy,3-4 runner can be installed on one raceway.Usually,a support beam is installed every 0.6m in the depth direction to increase the rigidity of the runner.When the raceway is long,the raceway can be separated by dividing plates.Brakes need to be installed at the pick-up end to slow down the goods and reduce impact.
