Our customer is a dairy manufacturing enterprise, the warehouse is mainly used to store milk powder products, there are not many kinds of products. This company is an old customer of Henglida and has been cooperating with us for many years. With our advantages in many aspects, we outperformed our competitors and won this cooperation opportunity. Now, the customer built a new warehouse and needed to order a batch of customized shelves. They chose us again. This time, we designed a shuttle shelf scheme for the customer's warehouse.

This new warehouse is located in Changsha and is mainly used for storing milk powder products. Before, we Henglida intelligent equipment also designed and manufactured shuttle shelf solutions for customers' warehouses, and they have been put into use for a long time. Through actual use experience, customers are satisfied with its results. Therefore, this time, the new warehouse in Changsha, the customer once again found us, hoping to customize shuttle shelves for the new warehouse.

According to the customer's demand, we customized the shuttle shelf solution for the customer's new warehouse. The customer has two new warehouses with a total area of 2,268 square meters. For these two warehouses, we designed a shuttle shelving scheme with a total of 3,272 stools and equipped with two shuttle cars. The weight of each pallet is 1 ton, the height of the three shelves is 6.09 meters, and there are 1224 brackets; The height of the four shelves is 7.5 meters, with a total of 2048 brackets.
