Pallet Flow Racking System for Warehouse is a high-density storage solution designed to improve pallet movement and inventory rotation.It uses inclined roller lanes to allow pallets to move from the loading side toward the picking side.
Unlike conventional pallet racking,pallets do not remain in a fixed position.Gravity helps move the pallets through the rack,reducing the need for forklifts to enter the storage lanes.
Pallets are loaded from one side of the rack and move along roller tracks under gravity.When the front pallet is removed,the pallets behind it automatically move forward.
This makes the system particularly suitable for FIFO(First In,First Out)inventory management.
