Application of double depth shelf and beam shelf in logistics industry

I. Project background
In today's market where land costs and labor costs continue to rise, the operating pressure of enterprises is increasing, and many enterprises continue to explore effective storage management methods in order to save costs. In order to achieve the purpose of cost saving, enterprises need to use the warehouse space as much as possible to maximize the storage capacity.
2. Customer introduction
Guangdong Yuanshang Logistics Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture, specializing in automotive parts logistics and other business. The company was formerly known as Shang Shibuze Logistics (Guangzhou) Co., LTD., established in 2005. The company is guided by modern logistics concepts and has extensive experience in fields such as 3PL.
Iii. Project overview
The project covers an area of 12,130 square meters and serves Blue Moon, a well-known daily bath brand. Henglida won the competition and designed the beam shelf and double depth shelf solution for the customer, which is planned to be 5 floors of shelves and provide 16,008 storage Spaces. The client requested maximum storage and savings in warehouse rent. Despite the implementation encountered a variety of challenges such as high-altitude work and local flooding, Henglida still completed the shelf installation and early operation on schedule and passed the customer acceptance, winning high praise from customers.
Four, beam shelves and double depth shelves
Beam shelves (also known as select shelves, cargo shelves, pallet shelves) are the most commonly used pallet goods storage shelves. The shelf is versatile and can be applied to a variety of inventories. In the warehouse is divided into several rows according to the width direction, each row of shelves is divided into several columns along the long direction of the warehouse, and is divided into several layers in the vertical direction to form a large number of cargo places for pallet storage of goods. Each layer of beams can bear up to 4500KG, which can be flexibly combined according to customer needs.
Double depth shelf, also known as double deep shelf, is a kind of intensive shelf storage system derived from the beam shelf. The shelf is designed as a double-row parallel structure, which can be used in combination with scissor forklift to improve storage density. The shelf has the characteristics of high space utilization and large cargo storage capacity, and is widely used in food and beverage, tobacco, paper industry, manufacturing industry, etc.
5. Project income
Through the design and implementation of beam shelves and double depth shelves, the customer's warehouse storage capacity has been maximized, while saving warehouse rent. Henglida overcame various difficulties in the project, provided efficient shelf solutions, and won the trust and praise of customers.
