Four auto parts company to shuttle shelf project cases

This project is a four-way shuttle truck shelf project of an auto parts company. A total of 603 cargo Spaces of 3 shelves are designed, equipped with 2 pallet type four-way shuttle cars, 1 elevator, 1 conveyor and other corresponding equipment and software system.

The four-way shuttle shelf system has an efficient, high-density and low-cost storage method, which is comparable to the drive-in shelf storage capacity, but the overall safety of the shelf is higher than the drive-in shelf, and the shelf is not easy to damage.

The four-way shuttle rack system can greatly improve the density of materials in the warehouse, save the time of forklift to access materials, and reduce the working time of workers.
