2. Shelf load refers to the maximum weight allowed when the goods in plastic pallets are placed on the shelf. Attention must be paid to the differences between dynamic loads, static loads, shelf loads and vertical warehouse loads. The difference of bearing capacity is closely related to shelf structure, ambient temperature and storage cycle. The general heavy pallet can withstand 0.7T-1T on the beam shelf, while the standard pallet can withstand 0.4T-0.6T.

3. Shelf loading has certain requirements for the permanent deformation and flexibility of plastic pallets. Flexibility national standard maximum 30mm, but this is obviously biased. We recommend the use of plastic trays with no more than 20 mm of elasticity on the shelves. If it is an automatic three-dimensional warehouse, the requirements for flexibility are more stringent, generally within 10mm.

4. Static load refers to the maximum weight that the bottom plastic tray can bear when stacked. Ordinary shelf tray can withstand 6T-8T, standard tray can withstand 4T, ultra-light tray can withstand 1T static load.
